Alexis Sanchez's busy schedule shows no signs of relenting as he continues to be the focal point of attack for club and country.

The South American has played 20 games for Arsenal and Chile this season, and that comes off the back of making 58 appearances in the previous campaign to help the Gunners finish third in the Premier League and guide his national team to Copa America success.

It has been reported by the Mirror that Arsene Wenger is prepared to give his talisman a mid-season break, but judging by Sanchez's latest Instagram post, he does not need a rest.

The former Barcelona man is currently with the Chile squad preparing for an important 2018 World Cup qualification clash with Uruguay, and he took to Instagram to dispel any suggestion he was tired.

The 28-year-old posted a video talking in Spanish with the caption: You lack energy? I send you mine! #myenergyisfor.

Questions have been raised over Sanchez's fitness this season, but the Chilean has continued his fantastic form from the previous campaign.

He went on an incredible run of 10 goals in six games for club and country during late September and early November but has since gone the same amount of matches without finding the net.

Chile coach Jorge Sampaoli has confirmed Sanchez has a minor calf problem and will be assessed before the match with Uruguay.

It could be a no-win situation for Arsenal fans. If Sanchez misses the game then his injury must be serious, but if he plays then he runs the risk of aggravating the knock further.
