Arsenal fans, good day to you all.

Nothing much usually stirs on the club scene during the international break, but in that respect this one has been far from normal.

We’ve got all the latest on your club below - you can trust us when we say there are some juicy bits and bobs in there to keep you satisfied. Enjoy.

Sanchez on his 'low energy'

Arsenal fans would have been disheartened to see reports that Alexis Sanchez has low energy levels at this stage of the season, but don’t worry because the man himself has rebuffed them practically immediately.

The Chile international posted a video to his Instagram to dispel the myth that he was overly fatigued, stating: ‘Feeling tired, let me give you my energy!’.

It’s safe to say Sanchez will remain a focal point of Arsenal’s season moving forward.

The reason for Kane's departure

In other news, it’s been confirmed that the Gunners released Harry Kane as a youngster simply because he was considered too small.

The player himself clarified things for the first time this week, stating that the fact he was a late developer cost him.

Arsenal might well be ruing that decision now.

Ozil improvement

Last but not least, Mesut Ozil has offered an insight into why he’s now having more influence in matches - he thinks it’s because the team are stronger as a unit.

The Germany international told Arsenal’s official website that he and his teammates were more mature than in seasons previous, highlighting the fact that they’ve improved when playing against the top teams as evidence.

Fans are certainly appreciating his improvement:
