Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has hinted that he could make changes at the club in the January transfer window.
As reported by the Mirror, the revered coach, who has made a steady start to life on Merseyside, has admitted that he's yet to make any decisions on the transfer front ahead of the New Year.
However, the 48-year-old believes that his players are well aware that they must prove their credentials to him over the coming weeks.

Speaking to reporters ahead of the Reds' Premier League showdown with table-toppers Manchester City, Klopp stated: “We will have the possibility to change some things in January and in the summer but at this moment we have made no decisions because we don’t have to make them yet.
“The players know this. It is always the same that at one point in the season you have to make a decision about them.
“We are at a time when they can collect positive arguments and say: ‘okay, we want to work together’.
“I don’t need to say this to them, they know it. In this moment we have made no decisions so I have time to judge. To make a final judgement on them I need more time. I know about the business of course.
“We have time and we will see what is possible and what is not possible. We will see what’s necessary and what’s not necessary, that’s how we work.”
Ultimately, it would be a major surprise if Klopp failed to enter the transfer market in January. The Reds chief will no doubt give his players the opportunity to express themselves, but he'd be foolish not to bring in at least one or two names.
The German coach will no doubt be determined to secure Champions League football, so top-quality additions could hand the club a great opportunity of returning to Europe's elite competition.
One thing is for sure, Klopp and Co. will be hoping that Liverpool's star players put in an admirable performance at the Etihad tomorrow as the Reds take on Manchester City. After their success at Stamford Bridge a couple of weeks ago, there's no reason why the Merseyside outfit won't be able to secure a positive result against the Sky Blues.
