Liverpool have big injury boost as Jordan Henderson is close to return

Liverpool have been given a big injury boost after it was confirmed that club captain Jordan Henderson is close to returning to full fitness after he broke his foot in August. The England star sustained the injury in the Reds' 1-0 victory over Bournemouth and is yet to play under new boss Jurgen Klopp. But the ex-Sunderland man says he is making good progress as he looks to return to the first team in the coming weeks. In other news, James Milner insists there is more to come from his Liverpool side after their excellent 4-1 win against Manchester City. He still believes the Reds are some way off their best, despite inflicting City's biggest home defeat since 2003. But he says he hopes they can keep the confidence going as they look to make the top four.
