Chelsea fans, hello and welcome back.

Mane interest

Chelsea’s victory over Norwich City at the weekend might have given Jose Mourinho a slight reprieve, but the pressure is still on as 2015 draws to a close.

As a result it’s fairly unsurprising to see the Blues linked with signing a new striker in January - what might surprise you is that it’s Southampton’s Sadio Mane.

The Daily Mirror report that Manchester United also want the forward, but with Mourinho in desperate need of firepower it could be that an interesting transfer battle ensues.

Willian reward

In team news, Willian is to be rewarded for his fine form this season by being handed a new £100,000-a-week deal, or so say reports.

The Brazilian has been a cut above most of his teammates, and could be granted a £20,000-a-week wage rise as a result.

Judging from clips like this one, he deserves it.

Other rumours

Rounding us off nicely, other transfer news suggests that the striker Mourinho is going to try and sign when the winter transfer window arrives is Borussia Dortmund’s Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

Now, this rumour does come from The Sun - we’ll leave it to you to determine how credible that makes it - but at £20million Aubameyang would certainly be a steal.

He's evidently got the ability to make things happen:
