Luis Suarez is in ridiculous form right now. Fresh from scoring a brace against Real Madrid this past weekend, the Barcelona superstar has been at it again this evening.

In fact, with the Champions League clash against Roma still ongoing, the former Liverpool striker has already been at the double for the Catalans.

With their place already confirmed for the Champions League Round of 16, Barcelona have enjoyed themselves against their Italian counterparts. With 20 minutes of the game remaining, Luis Enrique's side are currently 5-0 up, with Lionel Messi having also struck a brace and Gerard Pique finding the back of the net.

Messi's first strike was a brilliantly worked team goal, but it's Suarez's second goal of the evening that everybody's talking about. As you can see in the below video, the unpredictable forward volleyed home in extraordinary fashion.

Smashing the ball into the back of the net with his right foot, the world-class forward has produced yet another moment of genius for the Spanish giants.

And Twitter has reacted:

Team to beat

Ultimately, with Suarez, Neymar and Messi in sublime form, Barcelona appear to be the standout favourites to secure Champions League silverware this season.

When taking Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo out of the equation, the dynamic trio are arguably the best three players in world football right now. Suarez and Co. may well defend their European crown this season.

Barcelona went on to win the game 6-1, with Adriano scoring the Catalans' final goal of the evening. Former Manchester City striker Edin Dzeko scored for Roma, but also missed a penalty. Brazil star Neymar missed a penalty for Enrique's side.
