NXT is currently in a state of transition as it's women's division gets used to life without Sasha Banks and it's men's division prepares for the returns of some top stars.

Kevin Owens was the latest big name to move to the main roster and with stars like Apollo Crews and Samoa Joe now amongst the biggest names, the division could be set to be turned on it's head once again.

Sami back again?

Arguably the two biggest names currently out with an injury from the NXT roster right now are Hideo Itami and Sami Zayn.

The two were some of the biggest names on the roster prior to their respective injuries and will be returning to a brand new landscape.

Zayn was put out after two very brutal matches with former NXT Champion and current Intercontinental Champion Kevin Owens.

Zayn is arguably the most missed of the two injured stars, but he is now being advertised for NXT's UK tour next month.

The former NXT Champion has been sidelined with a shoulder injury ever since accepting John Cena's United States open challenge back in June.

He is now being advertised for the company's UK tour in December meaning that we should his return soon.

The only question is however, who will Zayn target upon his return?

With Owens now a member of the NXT alumni rather than its roster, who will Zayn be coming back to target?

Will Zayn try to reclaim his NXT Championship or will he have another target on his mind?

Been replaced?

Zayn has been missing for several months and will be returning to a very different NXT landscape than the one he left.

In the hearts of NXT fans, he may be irreplaceable but he may ahve a long way to go if he aims to become the NXT Champion once again.
