The WWE is in a really bad place right now, with their television ratings currently going through the floor.

With Monday Night Raw being three hours long, the WWE struggling to come up with entertaining ways to fill all those segments in the PG Era. And it is hurting them badly.

However, it seems like Vince McMahon isn't really bothered by these very visible and damaging struggles, and that is concerning people who work at the WWE.

McMahon Not Concerned

According to Bryan Alvarez of the Wrestling Observer, via NoDQ, McMahon is reportedly not concerned with the recent low ratings for WWE programming, RAW in particular.

Alvarez went on to add that this has left a lot of people frustrated behind the scenes.

Staff Worried and Frustrated

"Talent and staff have been reportedly frustrated about the current direction of WWE, with many saying it's "not fun" anymore and simply just turning up to work," he revealed. "Several within the company are concerned that Vince is not concerned."

Vince has always been a very single-minded individual, but it is certainly troublesome that he doesn't see there being anything wrong with the current WWE product.

RAW has been genuinely awful of late, with things as bad as they were in the mid-to-late 90's. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like we're going to get a second coming of the Attitude Era to save us.
