Cesc Fabregas' performance against Tottenham made into a blooper reel

Chelsea have been nothing short of awful so far this season. The Blues sit 14th in the table and are already 12 points off the top four.

While they have improved in recent weeks - their results may not match their performances - the defending Premier League champions are still some way off their best.

Diego Costa's pitchside antics during the 0-0 draw with Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday caused a stir on social media with many Chelsea fans calling for his head. However, supporters of other clubs were able to see the funny side (along with John Obi Mikel).

Another thing Pensioners fans will not find amusing - but many Arsenal fans will - is the form of Cesc Fabregas. The Spaniard looks a shadow of his former self and has struggled for any sort of consistency this season.

Despite covering a lot of ground at White Hart Lane, the former Gunners and Barcelona midfielder was wayward with his passing and his decision making left a lot to be admired.

And one fan - maybe with a little too much time on his hands - has taken Fabregas' bloopers from the London derby and compiled them together alongside the theme tune to the Austin Powers movie.

Our favourite part? It has to be his punt into the face of Willian after referee Michael Oliver had blown for a free-kick.

Despite the 30 second video giving us a laugh, it is sad to see how far Fabregas has fallen from his standard of last season.

The 28-year-old produced 18 assists and three goals in 34 Premier League matches to help Chelsea lift the title last season. But this campaign he has managed a meagre two assists without finding the net in 14 appearances.
