If you’re a Chelsea supporter it would have been difficult to miss Diego Costa throwing his bib in Jose Mourinho’s direction late in the draw with Tottenham Hotspur.

What you may have missed is John Obi Mikel’s reaction to it - with the Nigerian seemingly humoured by his teammate’s antics.

Having been dropped by Mourinho, Costa was an unused sub at White Hart Lane; a role he didn’t take kindly too.

He threw his bib late on in the second-half - an act which Mikel appeared to find pretty funny.

Bringing us to a close, Mourinho has looked to clear up rumours that he and Costa are at odds with one another - his cause wasn’t helped by the bib situation, we’ll accept.

The Special One acknowledged ‘bib gate’ following the match but then talked up his good relationship with the Spain international. ‘No problems’ were the words he used.
