Piers Morgan is rarely optimistic about Arsenal’s fortunes under Arsene Wenger, but his latest prediction is ultra pessimistic even by his standards.
The Good Morning Britain presenter is confused why “everyone” seems to think Arsenal will win the Premier League title this season because he believes Wenger’s men will fail to secure a top-four finish.
The Gunners are currently fourth in the table, two points behind Premier League leaders Leicester City, but are now without a win in three league matches.

Arsenal will finish in top four
Given the talent at their disposal, and the fact they always secure a top-four finish, it would be a huge shock if Arsenal finish fifth or lower at the end of the season.
Key players must stay fit
The Gunners have to be regarded as serious title contenders - despite their recent blip - although keeping their key players fit could determine whether or not they are crowned Premier League champions for the first time since 2004 in May.
Alexis Sanchez and Laurent Koscielny both limped off during the 1-1 draw against Norwich City on Sunday, while the likes of Francis Coquelin, Jack Wilshere, Mikel Arteta, Theo Walcott and Danny Welbeck remain sidelined with various injury problems.
Regardless of which players are available to feature, however, Wenger’s men will be expected to get back to winning ways against Sunderland this weekend.
