Football News

We may only be in November, but there is no doubt that the rumor and speculation regarding WrestleMania 32 is already building.

With the status of so many wrestlers up in the air at this stage, the WWE has to pick carefully as they plot the match card for next April's event.

Dream matches

To give them a helping hand, here is a selection of matches I'd love to see on the 'Grandest Stage of Them All'.

Sami Zayn vs Kevin Owens for the Intercontinental Championship

Remember the moment Kevin Owens debuted at NXT Takeover and turned his back on his long-time friend by putting him out for weeks with a killer powerbomb to the ring apron?

Remember the epic feud that followed? Having Sami Zayn called up to the main roster and immediately set his sights on taking Kevin Owens down a couple of notches after all he did to him in NXT would be such a natural feud.

With an injury list as long as the Undertaker's career, it only adds to the reasons as to why this match should happen. It would also instantly elevate the two to new heights - we all know the resulting match and promos would be an instant winner.

Seth Rollins vs Dean Ambrose vs Roman Reigns

I know. It's not going to happen this time round. Not with Seth Rollins being injured and all, as much as that hurts to write.

But we'd all like to see it right? Tell me I'm lying. The long time brothers who, in their time, took out practically everyone, including the legendary Evolution.

These guys know one another like the back of their hands, so there'd be no problem with them having a brilliant match.

But there's more to a match, there's the story to tell. Sure Seth Rollins is certified platinum on the mic, Ambrose isn't far behind, and Roman, well...he lets his fists do the talking, and there's nothing wrong with that.

A Shield triple threat could even win over some fans for Roman Reigns, because we all know how much the WWE are invested in making him the top guy in the future.

Maybe we can have Dean vs Roman with Seth as a Special Guest Referee?

Triple H & Stephanie McMahon vs The Rock & Ronda Rousey

Let's face it, we'd love to see Ronda Rousey make 'Trips' writhe in pain whilst screaming at Ronda to release the armbar.

After that segment last year at Wrestlemania it's something we've been craving.

With The Rock & Ronda giving The Showcase of The Immortals some star power for the wider draw, it just makes 100% sense. Maybe throw in a few moves as a tribute to Hot Rod too, Ronda?

Charlotte vs Sasha Banks vs Becky Lynch vs Bayley for the Diva's Championship

A fatal four way for the Diva's title? Yeah okay. How about with the four horsewoman?

Yes please. We need this. If you were lucky enough to watch this match at NXT Takeover: Rival then you'll already know how well these women work together.

The Diva's Revolution that has been shoved down our throats could actually make some progress with this match, given the right amount of time.

You can forget the camaraderie too. No hugs at the end of the match. No four horsewoman. Save that for when they all get to the back and they've just stolen the show on the biggest stage of 'em all.

This is the big leagues. This is Wrestlemania. Everyone for themselves because that one goal is the Diva's Championship. Four extremely driven, well motivated, and incredible performers fighting for that one top spot is the Diva's Revolution we all want.
