Klopp can't 'f*****g' forget

It’s fair to say Jurgen Klopp’s reign at Anfield has started off almost exactly how he would have liked. We say almost because there is one blip on the record that the German can’t seem to get over.

Two words: Crystal Palace. Klopp admitted that he couldn’t forget the 2-1 loss to the Selhurst Park outfit.

He also included a seven-letter expletive that rhymes with ducking between couldn't and forget - we've transcribed below.

"Sometimes I would really like to change my personality but I can't forget this f****** loss against Crystal Palace," he said.

"If we had won this, I would say it was okay."

Lallana and co. 'pumped' by Klopp

Moving on, Adam Lallana has revealed he and his teammates felt 'pumped' after Klopp gave a speech prior to his first game as Liverpool manager.

Lallana implied Klopp had got his men ready to walk through walls for his cause straight from the off - this came before the 0-0 draw with Tottenham Hotspur. Good stuff, indeed.

Klopp certainly has a way with words:

Gerrard filmed in training

Last but not least, fans hoping to get a glimpse of Steven Gerrard training with the Reds having returned to England for the MLS off-season are in luck.

Liverpool have released footage of the Merseyside legend taking part in a session earlier this week, one in which he links up well with Philippe Coutinho.

Watch said footage here:

Jurgen Klopp has reiterated, of course, that Gerrard will not be playing for the Reds competitively during his stay.
