WWE round-up: WWE looking to sign Shinsuke Nakamura in January

Published Add your comment

It might not be the biggest coup the WWE have ever pulled off, but the organisation are interested in signing New Japan Pro Wrestling star Shinsuke Nakamura when his contract runs out in January. According to Wrestling Inc, the company’s interest in the 6ft 2 35-year-old is reciprocated, with it claimed that Nakamura dreams of doing something big over in the US. Here’s to hoping ‘big’ means saving Vince McMahon's failing ratings. Moving on, the WWE have also reportedly added Mick Foley’s son to the creative team. Dewey Foley will begin work with the organisation as of early 2016, but will have to impress the big-wigs if he wants a full-time role. It’s said he’s joining as a creative assistant to begin with.
