WWE: Neville could be set for character change after offer from The Miz

Adrian Neville was a star in NXT, holding the NXT Championship longer than anybody else, including stars like Seth Rollins and Kevin Owens.

Neville on the WWE main roster is an absolute nobody who just jobbed to freaking Tyler Breeze, someone who could barely dream of being on Neville's level back in NXT.

Thankfully, it seems like the WWE creative team have finally decided to put together something resembling a storyline for 'The Man That Gravity Forgot" as evidenced by this week's SmackDown episode.

During the show, there is a backstage interaction between the Geordie high-flyer and The Miz, which sees the Hollywood A-lister offering to take Neville under his wing and turn him into a star.

Miz certainly makes a tempting offer to Neville, letting him know that the last person he "mentored" main evented WrestleMania just like he did. That person would be Daniel Bryan, arguably the biggest star in the WWE before his injury troubles.

It seems like Neville could well accept the offer from Miz, which could throw up some very interesting consequences.

Neville could very easily turn heel in this situation, something he did well during his time in NXT, especially in his feud against Sami Zayn.

The more likely outcome, however, would likely be Neville staying as a face with Miz getting him to do ridiculous things before he snaps and the two feud.

Whatever happens, it should be interesting and finally gives Neville a decent storyline, something he has been crying out for ever since joining the main roster.
