Barcelona superstar Lionel Messi endured a tricky evening against Valencia on Saturday as the Catalans failed to secure all three points at Mestalla.

Uruguayan international Luis Suarez opened the scoring just before the hour mark, but Mina Lorenzo equalised for Gary Neville's new side late on.

Messi, meanwhile, failed to shine on a frustrating evening for Luis Enrique's champions. While things weren't exactly going his way on the pitch, the Argentine international had to listen on as taunts were being directed towards him.

Will Messi lead Barcelona to another treble? Have your say below!
