WWE fans, hello and welcome.

The weekend is within touching distance - a fact that should be universally celebrated - and that means that there’s added emphasis placed on the rumours and breaking news involving the WWE.

Here we’ve collated a series of the best bits doing the rounds. Watch the report above or read on below for more.

Bryan confirms terrible news

It’s the news virtually no WWE fan wanted to hear - Daniel Bryan has confirmed that his injury issues may have brought about the end of his career with the organisation.

The ‘YES Movement’ leader has been waiting what seems like an age to return to action following a string of concussion-related problems, but he’s finally admitted that his comeback may never come around.

Bryan said he might have to find another passion, insisting that he was sad.

“I think it could be the end of my career in WWE, but I don’t think it will be the end of my career," Bryan said.

"I could find another passion, but it would just be sad because this is what I have been most passionate about since I was five.”

Sting ready to have surgery

From one injury to the next, Sting has revealed he’s been told he’ll have to have surgery to fix the issues with his neck that came as a result of his clash with Seth Rollins at Night of Champions.

Sting explained he had two areas of his neck where the spinal canal is being choked off. He’ll obviously need to get that fixed sooner rather than later.

Ric Flair on Charlotte at WrestleMania

Meanwhile, Ric Flair has announced that he’s heard his daughter, Charlotte, could face off against either Sasha Banks or Bayley at WrestleMania 32.

Cageside Seats relay supposed comments made by Flair on his most recent WOOOOO! Nation podcast wherein he speculated over who Charlotte - the current Divas Champion - might face at the event at Arlington, Texas.
