Kyrie Irving return for the Cleveland Cavaliers imminent, coach Blatt confirms

Published 3 Comments

With the Cleveland Cavaliers having won just once in their last four outings their recent form can be described as something of a slump. That’s why news of Kyrie Irving's imminent return is even sweeter, with it claimed by coach David Blatt that the youngster could feature as soon as this weekend. The Cavs take on the Orlando Magic tonight before facing the Celtics on Tuesday - Irving could make his seasonal debut in either one of those after recovering from his broken kneecap. In the NFL, J.J Watt of the Houston Texans has confirmed he will play against the New England Patriots this Sunday night in spite of having broken his hand in practise on Wednesday. The defensive end said he’s not worried about it and has played through worse before - hopefully it won’t be a problem as the Texans look to move to 7-6.
