He’s had large backing from the fans and the media won’t stop linking him with the job, but it appears Gary Neville won’t be taking charge of Manchester United anytime soon. In fact, he might never take over, having confirmed that the Old Trafford hotseat is not one he has any intentions of filling. Neville gave a fairly emphatic response when asked if becoming United boss was in his future, saying he knows what he wants to do in his life and it’s not something on his mind. Elsewhere, United’s title charge may have stalled after the weekend loss to Bournemouth but Thierry Henry still thinks they can win the league. The Frenchman said the unpredictable nature of the division works in their favour, saying he didn’t think anyone would go on a consistent run. So, the next question, Van Gaal in or out?
