WWE faithful, hello and welcome.
As per usual we’ve been busy spending our morning trawling the deepest recesses of the web in order to get you the latest news on your beloved NBA and NFL.
We’ve put that news into an aesthetically-pleasing round-up, equipped with a video if you can’t be bothered to read. Enjoy.
Reigns becomes champion
He’s the usurper who has been lurking for some time in the shadow of champions - Roman Reigns finally managed to raise the Heavyweight World Title last night on RAW.
After coming desperately close at the weekend’s TLC pay-per-view, Reigns got his vengeance on Sheamus to take the Irishman’s belt away from him and become the newly recognised champ.
WWE ratings continue to fail, so quite literally anything could happen moving forward, but for now, at least, pro-Roman supporters can rejoice.
Rollins sends warning
Meanwhile, sticking with the same topic, Seth Rollins was quick to let fans know his intentions for the future, tweeting Reigns to tell him to ‘keep the throne warm’.
Rollins is projected to be out for a number of months but, if and when he does return, Vince McMahon will surely have his eye on a clash between the former Shield Brothers.
Del Rio in Lesnar's sights?
Lastly, rumours are now doing the rounds suggesting that Brock Lesnar is setting his sights on United States Champion Alberto Del Rio.
It’s been widely speculated that The Beast will feature in some capacity at WrestleMania 32 and at the upcoming Royal Rumble event, but his opponents have thus far only been served up in gossip columns and rumour mills.
