Leicester City boss Claudio Ranieri has insisted that Liverpool have two players like Riyad Mahrez in their squad.

Ranieri has highlighted Philippe Coutinho and Adam Lallana as Liverpool's greatest threats, claiming that his side have to be 'very, very concentrated' as they prepare to take on Jurgen Klopp's side at Anfield.

With 13 league goals to his name, Mahrez has been one of the standout players of the season so far, playing a huge role in helping the Foxes to the top of the table.

Coutinho and Lallana, on the other hand, have enjoyed steady spells of success, but have failed to produce the goods on a consistent basis on Merseyside.

Ranieri, though, won't be taking Liverpool's attacking stars lightly this weekend as his side go in search of yet another historic victory.

"Liverpool has two Riyad Mahrez," said the Italian, as per the Daily Mail. "Coutinho, who I had at Inter, and Lallana. We have to be very, very concentrated."

Mahrez is No.1

Mahrez is out on his own right now; the statistics certainly prove that. With 13 goals and seven assists to his name in just 16 appearances, the 24-year-old has been nothing short of phenomenal during his second season on English soil.

Lallana and Coutinho are no match for Leicester's classy star right now. Lallana's yet to score and has just two assists from 13 Premier League games, while Coutinho has five goals and three assists from 14 outings.

Liverpool fans will most definitely be hoping to see their star players step up as the club attempts to get back to winning ways on Boxing Day. If they manage to outperform Mahrez, then Liverpool stand a great chance of securing all three points.
