Dez Bryant is a very, very fast man - you have to be to play wide receiver in the National Football League.
Naturally then, the Dallas Cowboys star was a speedster during his college days. Quicker than a horse, though? Well, that's another thing entirely.
And it seemed like the wideout actually wanted to test and see if he could beat a horse in a race, thanks to some incredible videos that were released today. (Scroll down to watch it).

Oklahoma State blog Pistols Firing shared this incredible video of former OSU wide receiver Bryant racing the Cowboys mascot Bullet on the football field of Boone Pickens Stadium.
Amazingly, Bryant gets a great head start on Bullet and leads the early part of the race, but unfortunately for Dez, the horse is a horse and really bloody quick, so overtakes the star receiver and first-round draft pick.

Bryant is actually not the first NFL wideout to race a horse. Chad Ochocinco once raced an equine mammal and won rather easily, but that will likely be due to the big head start he got.
What animal should Dez Bryant race next? Tell us in the comments below!
