If there's one thing David Beckham needs more of, it's money. Oh wait, no actually it's not.

That's because, alongside wife Victoria, the former Manchester United and Real Madrid star turned over more than £65 million in 2015. Not bad going eh?

Accounts made public after being filled with Companies House show that 'Brand Beckham' made a profit of over £12 million on their business endeavours which garnered £65 million total revenue from a host of business ventures including aftershave, clothing and underwear.

Another successful year for the Beckhams, which saw David lead Unicef's Match for Children series, means the famous football family has a net worth of more than £470 million. Not bad work if you can get it.

Their children have endured mixed fortunes; Romeo starred in a high-profile campaign for Burberry, however Brooklyn was forced to give up on his football dream after being released by Arsenal.

However there's probably not too much to complain about - a recent report claimed that their overall earnings mean they take home a pretty £68,000-per-day. That's largely down to the impressive range of brands that Beckham works with, including Adidas, H&M, Pepsi, Sky, Sainsbury's, Belstaff and Breitling. He also has his own Whiskey brand, Haig.

Despite their enormous wealth, it's always nice to see that David has retained his penchant for playing the role of embarrassing Dad.

After Brooklyn had posted a picture on Instagram with the caption: 'Dad's not happy about me cooler than him' a few months back, the father-of-four landed a well-timed blow by uploading a picture of the 16-year-old sitting, looking rather awkward, with a Christmas Elf. Ouch.
