For the first time in eleven months, the Los Angeles Lakers have won three straight games, and, judging by the action on the famous franchise's bench during last night's W over the Phoenix Suns, they're enjoying the moment.

With Jordan Clarkson producing a monster dunk three quarters of the way through the 97-77 win on Sunday night, Nick Young took his opportunity to showcase some of his own highlight reel stuff from the bench.

Highlight reel worthy

In fact, the Lakers' resident comedian's side court celebration might be better than the dunk itself. Scroll down this article to check out both.

Clarkson's dunk over the Suns' Alex Len was so ferocious it appeared to give Swaggy P palpitations:

Fortunately having been aided by his teammates, the roleplayer was able to make a full recovery. The same probably can't be said for the Phoenix duo of Len and Ronnie Price who are still probably nursing their egos after Clarkson threw down the hammer.

Learning from the best?

As for Young, whilst he credited Kanye West for the Lakers' upturn in form during his post-game interviews, he should be tipping his cap to those bench players over at Monmouth University.

The Hawks have gained fame this season for some epic bench celebrations, and it certainly looks like Swaggy P has taken inspiration from his college peers.

One thing is for sure, Lakers fans will be hoping Young has plenty more opportunities to celebrate as 2016 continues. The LA franchise put their three-game winning streak on the line against the Golden State Warriors on Tuesday.
