After retaining his WWE Heavyweight title in dramatic circumstances on last night's Raw, Roman Reigns will be hoping to keep hold of the belt long into 2016.

The former Shield member isn't going to able to do it the easy way, however, after Vince McMahon revealed on Monday that Reigns will defend his title against all comers in the Royal Rumble on January 24.

Having had a few hours to digest the challenge ahead, Reigns has taken to social media today to post his own response to the historic task that has been put before him.

Reigns' message fits with the defiant stance he has taken ever since the TLC pay-per-view back in mid-December and it is clear he is going to do everything in his power to stop The Authority getting their way.

As his hashtag eludes to, he really is #OneVersusAll right now and events over the last 24 hours will have only strengthened that feeling.

Although, judging by the thousands of retweets and likes the message has received in just a matter of hours, Reigns might not be quite as alone as he feels.

The WWE Universe have certainly grown to appreciate the efforts of the Big Dog in recent weeks.

If he's able to battle past what could be 29 other WWE Superstars on route to winning the Royal Rumble he can surely expect a better reception than the one that greeted him at the end of the 2015 event.
