The Warriors' imperious form continued as Klay Thompson threw 36 points to end the Lakers' three-game winning streak.

Reigning MVP Stephen Curry scored 17 before being rested in the final quarter as he battles a recent shin injury.

Dallas Mavericks' home dominance over Sacramento Kings continued with a dramatic 117-116 second overtime victory.

Deron Williams beat the buzzer to throw the decisive three-pointer after it had ended 98-98 after the regulation four quarters.

Kings' DeMarcus Cousins top scored with 35 for his third straight 30-point game.

Chicago Bulls were inspired by 32 points from Jimmy Butler as they beat Milwaukee Bucks 117-106.

Butler also recorded 10 assists, with Paul Gasol scoring 26 points as the Bulls flexed their muscles.

New York Knicks survived a late scare to record a 107-101 success over Atlanta Hawks.

The Knicks were 16 points in front in the third quarter before a rally from the Hawks cut the deficit to two only for a strong finish to seal it for the Knicks.

Arron Afflalo and Carmelo Anthony both scored 23 for the hosts.
