Kobe Bryant enters 33,000 point club during Lakers loss to the Kings

Published 6 Comments

This might be his last season in the NBA, but Kobe Bryant is still clocking up the achievements. The Lakers star has become the 3rd player in the league’s history to score 33,000 points, passing that landmark during his team’s loss to the Sacramento Kings. It’s turning out to be a frustrating final season for Bryant, with the Lakers bottom of the Western Conference. His legacy though, one expects, won’t be too tarnished. Elsewhere, the Chicago Bulls improved their record to six wins in their last six games by beating the Boston Celtics 101-92. Pau Gasol and Derrick Rose were both on form for the Bulls, who now sit second behind the Cavs in the Eastern Conference. With their latest victory Chicago moved to 22-12.
