Kobe Bryant thinks farewell tour with LA Lakers is 'really cool'

Published 4 Comments

He might secretly be dreading his imminent departure from the NBA, but if so then Kobe Bryant certainly isn’t letting it on. The LA Lakers legend, now in his 20th season with the league, is in the middle of his farewell tour, which last night stopped at the home of reigning champs Golden State. Bryant described the tour as ‘really cool,’ saying it was fun to go to all the arenas for the last time’. Unfortunately the Oracle Arena didn’t give Bryant a happy send-off, the Lakers lost that game 116-98. In other news, Trevor Booker of the Utah Jazz has been diagnosed with concussion by medical staff after being hit in the face during last night’s game against the Kings. He’ll now begin the mandated protocol regarding his return - his status moving forward is day-to-day.
