Roberto Firmino looks like he's trying to pick up where he left off against Arsenal during Liverpool's game against Manchester United today.

The Brazilian bagged a brace against the Gunners inside 19 minutes, and was looking to help his side get off to another quick start against their biggest rivals.

He almost did just that too when he took the ball near the halfway line, and sprayed a gorgeous pass across the field to set up a wonderful chance for James Milner.

Sadly the former Manchester City man didn't have the technique to apply the finish that Firmino's pass deserved, instead blazing his shot well over David de Gea's goal.

That didn't take away from the beauty of the pass and Firmino's immaculate technique, which drew deserved praise from those watching the game, on Twitter.

You can check out the best of the reaction as well as the clip of Firmno's superb cross-field pass below.

The game remains 0-0 as it stands midway through the first half - with Liverpool hoping to grab all three points in order to close the gap on Manchester United as well as the top four.

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has opted to bring in defensive midfielder Lucas Leiva for the game ahead of winger Jordon Ibe, while Manchester United are unchanged.

Do you think Firmino has finally found his feet for Liverpool in the Premier League?
