There are ew things in life that Conor McGregor is better at than wreaking havoc in the Octagon.

One of those things, however, might just be his trash talking ability before his fights.

And the Irish superstar has been at it again ahead of his UFC 197 bout against Rafael dos Anjos, dipping into his arsenal of verbal - and at times graphic - put-downs during Wednesday's press conference for the event.

With McGregor reeling off one insult after another in double quick time at the Las Vegas press event, it was pretty hard to keep up.

Fortunately, Fox Sports Live captured the 'best bits' of the featherweight champion's hard-hitting comments. Warning: they include describing dragging dos Anjos' severed head through the streets of Brazil!

McGregor has always been known as a tough-talking guy on the mic but beheading might be a new low (or high, depending on your perspective) for the star.

Tough talk

His comments might rile up his opponents but, so far in his UFC career at least, he has been able to back up his brutal remarks with results come fight night.

Facing his Brazilian opponent at UFC 197, however, will present McGregor with a different challenge as he'll be stepping up to the lightweight division for the fight.

That doesn't appear to be worrying him right now, though, and, in fact, the Irishman claimed he would "wipe out the entire roster in four months."
