Only a day after stating that Miami Heat star Dwayne Wade was playing through the pain for his team because he couldn’t afford to be left out, we’re prepared to eat our words. Yes, for those of you that watched, Wade was rested during the game against the Washington Wizards last night - a game the Heat lost 106-87. Miami declared Wade out half-hour before tipoff - that game ended up being their 20th loss of the season. Meanwhile, the Toronto Raptors continued their winning streak by beating the Boston Celtics at the Air Canada Arena. The Canadian outfit remain second in the Eastern conference behind LeBron James’ Cavs. They now boast a record of 27 for 15.
