The Undertaker has been recorded training ahead of a potential return to WWE action.

The Deadman was in DeFrancos Gym in Austin, TX hitting the weights hard as he looks to stay  or get back into - shape before he makes his annual return to action.

And whilst he was working out, Taker was videoed by Joe DeFranco - the owner of the gym - deadlifting 405 pounds, an impressive feat for anyone - never mind a 50-year-old.

Taker hasn't been in action since The Survivor Series last November, where he teamed with Kane to reunite the Brothers of Destruction and defeated Bray Wyatt and Luke Harper after Wyatt apparently tried to take their powers or something, it was really weird and completely brushed under the carpet - classic WWE.

Rumors abounded that Taker was set to do battle with John Cena at 'Mania this year, but an injury to the latter has buried any chances of that happening, which is a true shame.

This was supposed to The Undertaker's last stand - his final time in the Squared Circle before calling it a day, and what better way to do it than against Cena, the biggest WWE star he is yet to face on the Grandest Stage of them All.

Instead, who knows what we're going to get. Unless WWE decides to shock us all by bringing someone up from NXT, there isn't really anyone interesting that Taker can feud with.

If this is to be his last match, The Deadman has to bow out as a face and at the moment, the only worthy heel for him to face would be Kevin Owens, maybe. The pickings are very slim, which is a huge shame.
