Adam Lallana stole the winner for Liverpool in what was without a doubt the most enthralling Premier League game of the season so far.

The Reds were at one point 3-1 down to Norwich City at Carrow Road, only for Jurgen Klopp’s men to turn the game on its head by going 4-3 up.

Liverpool steal the show late on

It looked as though Norwich had managed to spoil a Reds party late on when Sebastian Bassong volleyed home from the edge of the box to make it 4-4 in the five minutes of injury time that had been afforded. Liverpool, however, had other ideas.

With mere seconds remaining on the clock, the Merseysiders threw everything - including late substitute Steven Caulker - into the opposition box in search of a dramatic winner. Fortunately for them, Adam Lallana found it.

Brilliant reaction

The ex-Saints man took advantage of a weak header by drilling a left-footed volley into the ground, one that then looped into the Norwich goal to send what had been a furious Jurgen Klopp racing down the touchline.

Unsurprisingly, the Twitter reaction from fans was every bit as good as the winning goal itself:
