Arsenal ready second bid for Leicester starlet Ben Chilwell

Arsenal are gearing up to make a second-bid for Leicester City starlet Ben Chilwell, having had their first approach rejected. £3 million wasn’t enough to convince Claudio Ranieri to let Chilwell leave, so the Gunners are believed to be hoping to sway them with £1m more. Both Tottenham and Liverpool remain interested, but Leicester are trying their best to turn the tide with the offer of a new deal of their own. Chilwell’s ambitions could push him towards north London, regardless of where the Foxes are currently sitting in the Premier League. Transfer deadline day won’t come quick enough for Ranieri. Elsewhere, Hector Bellerin has revealed the man he believes to be his toughest opponent: Bayern Munich’s Douglas Costa. The Brazilian went viral after producing a trick that left Bellerin wondering what day of the week it was in a Champions League clash earlier this season. Bellerin, obviously, remembers that well.
