The talk of the Eastern Conference for the past week has surrounded the Cleveland Cavaliers and their decision to fire former coach David Blatt, but LeBron James has hit out at claims he might have undermined the coach. Rumours have surfaced hinting that LeBron might have been partially to blame for Blatt’s sacking, but he’s insisted he has never disrespected a coach and said it was unfair that fingers were aimed at him. Tyronn Lue has taken over from Blatt remember, the Cavs have won their last two under his stewardship. Meanwhile, sticking with the Cavs, Mike Longabardi has joined the franchise as an assistant coach. Boasting plenty of experience, Longabardi has spent time with the Phoenix Suns - prior to that he spent six seasons with the Boston Celtics working with Doc Rivers, that included winning the 2008 NBA title.
