Another day in the WWE and, you guessed it, another WWE injury to report.

24 hours after Irish Superstar Sheamus tweeted a picture of his arm in a cast, there are now reports that another member of the League of Nations is dealing with an injury of his own.

According to PW Insider, via Cageside Seats, Alberto Del Rio is dealing with an issue in his lower back that has already caused the WWE to alter their plans this week.

Per Cageside Seats:

"The Mexican wrestler is apparently suffering for (sic) a lower back issue that caused him to work Raw on Monday, January 25 in a non-physical role and miss SmackDown entirely."

Del Rio was a very active participant in last weekend's Royal Rumble pay-per-view - taking on roles in a singles match, a League of Nations interruption and the actual Rumble itself. Perhaps the WWE pushed him a little too far, considering today's news.

One this is for certain, the fairly newly formed League of Nations stable has had no luck of late.

Del Rio and his back injury join Sheamus (tendinitis) and King Barrett (neck) in adding to the WWE's injury headache. Rusev is the only one of the quartet that is fully fit at present.

At this stage, it is unclear as to just how serious Del Rio's own issue is but, hopefully, the veteran will be back in in-ring action sooner rather than later.

Prior to the injury flaring up, he was down to work house shows in Tennessee and Mississippi this weekend so that will be the first sign we get on his status.
