Pep Guardiola already knows which Premier League club he is joining and has formulated a plan to transform them into a much better footballing team, according to Robert Lewandowski.
The Bayern Munich manager has confirmed that he will leave the Bundesliga champions at the end of the season and says the Premier League is his desired destination.
However, he has refused to confirm where the "several offers" he has previously referred to are coming from. It is common knowledge that both Manchester City and Chelsea are interested while Arsenal and Manchester United have also been linked.

Manchester City, at the moment, are outright favourites to bag the Spanish manager with Manuel Pellegrini's presence in the Etihad dugout the only thing holding back official confirmation.
Lewandowski, speaking to the Mail on Sunday, has further suggested that a deal with the Citizens is already done and dusted, saying that Guardiola's next club is already decided and plans to transform them into one of his signature teams is already underway.
He said: "I know Pep can improve a team in England. I think he knows where he’s going and he knows what he needs to do with the team he’s going to, so that they play much better.
"He will focus on technique and perhaps more possession than is the norm in England. But Pep knows the Premier League is different from the Spanish league or the Bundesliga but I’m sure he can do something new in terms of tactics and technique."
While Manchester United fans may be hoping it is them that Guardiola is joining, it seems inevitable that it will be their local rivals that bag the world's most revered football manager. Along with a huge contract, Guardiola has been promised a massive transfer budget with the freedom to chop and change the current line-up.
It leaves City in the curious situation of having to dismiss Pellegrini even if the Chilean delivers an unprecedented quadruple this season. They are still in with a shout of winning all four competitions, especially the Premier League and League Cup.
However, the owners at the Etihad want more than just trophies. They want a 'Barcelona in Sky Blue', capable of not just dominating European football, but doing it in style. Guardiola is the only man capable of doing it.
