After what seemed like endless months of speculation, Pep Guardiola has finally confirmed that, come the summer, he will become manager of Manchester City.
But while Sky Blues fans everywhere will no doubt be rejoicing this announcement, there are plenty of players at City who could now fear for their futures.
With Guardiola famously ruthless – you need only ask the likes of Ronaldinho or Bastian Schweinsteiger – plenty of big name Manchester City stars could be heading for the Etihad exit.

Here are just five of them.
1. Samir Nasri
Currently sidelined with a hamstring industry, Nasri’s attitude – which has already seen him exiled from the France national team – coupled with a return of just four goals in his last 41 games could convince Guardiola to cut his losses.
2. Wilfried Bony
With Guardiola famous for instilling his team with a style that favours passing and pressing over high balls up to a target man, the bumbling Bony could be deemed surplus to requirements, particularly after struggling this term.
3. Martin Demichelis
Manchester City’s defence is sure to come under plenty of scrutiny once Pep arrives and, with Demichelis at the tail-end of his career and something of a Manuel Pellegrini favourite, a summer exit looks likely.
Though Willy Caballero is another Pellegrini pick, his La Liga experience could mean it’s Wright, rather than the Argentine, who is given the chop with Guardiola potentially blooding in a youth academy stopper in his place.
5. Yaya Toure
Having generated plenty of negative headlines for his lack of work rate and agent-related antic, Toure could fall foul of Guardiola - the Barcelona coach that sold the Ivorian to City in the first place, who famously has little patience for prima donna players.
