The Golden State Warriors won 116-108 against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Saturday, extending their winning streak to nine games, and moving to a record of 46-4 on the season.

The reigning NBA Champions have now equalled the Philadelphia 76ers 1966-67 achievement for the best record after 50 games.

The crowd at Oracle Arena were treated to a great show, as the star players on both teams put on quite a spectacle for them to enjoy.

It was the clash between Warriors' Stephen Curry, and Thunder's Kevin Durant and they certainly didn't disappoint the public in attendance and those watching this Western Conference game at home.

The 2015 NBA MVP scored 26 points and six rebounds, while the 2014 NBA MVP got 40 points and 14 rebounds. While Durant came out on top in the head-to-head, it was the Warriors who picked up the win by the end of the game.

We may have been provided a glimpse into what like could be like in the Bay Area if Durant does make the rumored switch to the Warriors later this year in the summer.

Watch and enjoy the highlights of their head-to-head battle from Saturday night's game in the video below.
