Golden State Warriors beat Houston Rockets 123-110

An excellent solo performance from James Harden wasn’t enough to stop the Golden State Warriors rolling to their 47th win of the campaign at the Oracle Arena last night. Usual suspect Stephen Curry posted 35 points and nine assists as the Warriors stole the fourth quarter to finish the game against the Rockets 123-110. Harden managed 37 points on the night, and up until the final stages the teams were pretty well matched - that’s what separates champions we suppose. In other news, the LA Clippers have suspended Blake Griffin for four games without pay for the punch on a staff member that broke his right hand. Griffin is still out injured from the incident - in total he’ll lose around $850,000 of his seasonal salary.
