With the final RAW before this Sunday's Fastlane event, a lot of what took place tonight would shape what will happen at the final event before WrestleMania 32.
We saw a new champion crowned, we saw brothers turn against each other and we saw a very heated and personal exchange of words between Charlotte and Brie Bella.
Return of the legends
One of the big announcements for Fastlane wasn't even advertising a match, instead it was advertising the return of Edge and Christian.

The dynamic duo will not only be returning to WWE TV on Sunday, but they will be hosting the New Day on a special edition of their Cutting Edge Peep Show segment.
It won't be the first time that the five have been in the same space together after their first conflict back in September.

These five will be sharing the spotlight once again in what can surely only result in a comical segment at Fastlane.
Edge and Christian will mainly be at the event to promote the debut of their new show on the WWE Network which airs immediately after the event itself.
But there is no reason why we shouldn't enjoy a return of the Ultimate Opportunist.
Big night ahead
Fastlane is shaping up to be a huge night as we will see a triple threat match between Brock Lesnar, Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose with the winner going to face WWE World Heavyweight Champion Triple H.
With the Intercontinental, United States and Diva's Championships all set to be defended at Fastlane, Sunday night should go a long way to shaping WrestleMania.
