With WrestleMania now the next PPV on the schedule, we can also look forward to even more announcements about future Hall of Famers.

The class of 2016 so far has it's biggest name in WCW icon Sting, but the WWE today announced his first class mate.

Train rolling in

One of the most unique gimmicks during the Attitude Era is now set to be recognised as The Godfather is the second inductee into this year's Hall of Fame class.

The man best remembered for being the WWE's resident pimp is now set to be immortalised and surely add some interesting content to RAW and Smackdown once again over the coming weeks.

We have some huge questions ahead, how much of his career will be replayed? Will he bring the Ho Train to the ceremony?

Given the now PG nature of WWE programming and the questionable content of the Godfather's career, it will be interesting to see how much of his antics are shown on WWE TV in the coming weeks.

His announcement video however, didn't seem to pull any punches:

Uploaded onto wwe.com, and their YouTube channel along with several highlights from his storied career.

With stars like Sting and The Godfather being inducted this year, the Hall of Fame ceremony on the night before WrestleMania should be very interesting.

Expected inductees

Several weeks ago, the list of this year's inductees was supposedly leaked, but that list did include the Godfather so how many of the others could be included?

The list which had the Freebirds, JBL and Jacqueline also included, it would make for a very interesting induction ceremony.
