Arsenal fans could have fainted when Arsene Wenger confirmed Petr Cech would be out for four weeks with a calf injury earlier this week.

While the Frenchman said he maintained full faith in David Ospina, many believed it was the final nail in the coffin: their Premier League title challenge was over.

Having left White Hart Lane with a 2-2 draw on Saturday, it is fair to say that surmounting the gap between themselves and Leicester City is certainly going to be difficult, but it could have been so much worse if it was not for Ospina.

Yes, the man that many Arsenal fans believed would let them down was the main reason why Tottenham are not topping the table right now. While Spurs managed to score two past the Colombian, it could have been many more.

And, deservedly, fans and pundits alike have been gushing about Ospina's performance ever since the final whistle blew.

Now, Cech's four-week absence is likely to fly by. In fact, if Ospina continues in the same vain, the former Chelsea goalkeeper could find himself on the bench!

Prior to kick-off, Opta tweeted a stat that suggested Ospina was worth much more than many were giving him credit for. In his 18 Premier League appearances, he had conceded just 11 goals. That, of course, was a better record that Cech's last 18 games.

By the time the match was over, Ospina had made nine saves. It was a heroic display which included several spectacular moments.

Here, we pick the best tweets throughout the 90 minutes that perfectly sum up his performance:
