Five mistakes the WWE made between WrestleMania 31 and now

At present, Wrestlemania 32 doesn't even look half as good as Wrestlemania 31, does it?

It doesn't have a single match which can be called equal to the top three matches last year involving Sting, Triple H, Brock Lesnar, Roman Reigns, Bray Wyatt and The Undertaker.

Going by the current scenario, the one match that WWE is banking on is Shane-o-Mac vs The Phenom, The Undertaker. Does it really make sense to have the greatest wrestler ever compete with a person who isn't a full-time wrestler and have him lose unless Sting or John Cena don't interrupt the match?

Here's the 5 things which WWE did wrong between Wrestlemania 31 and Wrestlemania 32:

1. Continue promoting Roman Reigns as their top star -

It is quite clear that the WWE Universe doesn't hate Roman but it is even more clear that they don't want him to be the face of the company.

There is no denying that he might as well face boos at the end of Wrestlemania unless The Rock comes to the rescue.

2. Continue with Authority vs The Shield, at least the remnants of it -

Roman and Ambrose taking on The Authority for one complete year and failing again and again. I guess there's not much novelty in there.

Isn't it the same story of Daniel Bryan vs Triple H or Steve Austin vs Vince? They certainly need to put an end to it after Wrestlemania. I guess Shane coming back sounds like a move in that direction.

3. Reducing the charisma and charm around Brock Lesnar -

There's no denying the fact that he's their top draw right now, and yet the character that they built so huge had to face such a dull year with no title reign, no challenging matches and a year full of holidays.

Lesnar competed with Rollins in a match which had no result, two matches with The Undertaker with a 1-1 score, a Royal Rumble which he won and few live events which he won more by D/Q. It certainly wasn't a year for The Beast.

4. Not giving their mid-card players a push -

None of the mid-card wrestlers were given a push this year. Not even Cesaro who certainly deserves to be more than just 'The Swiss Superman'.

Kevin Owens is still IC or US champion, wrestlers like Neville, Kalisto etc have all been held back by being combined as a tag team or as a fun part of the show.

5. Not giving fans adequate attention -

Everyone wanted Sting vs The Undertaker this year. Everyone wanted Brock vs Roman for the second time. Everyone wanted Stephanie vs Ronda Rousey. Well, everyone apart from Vince.
