How many stories has GiveMeSport written about Hartlepool United in the past? We are not quite sure, but it will be at least one by the time this hits the press.
Unfortunately, we are not addressing football matters, rather a pretty spectacular social media spat between club legend Sam Collins and his wife.
Having made 285 appearances for the Monkey Hangers, Collins is something of an ever-present figure at the League Two club. He moved into coaching after hanging up his boots and has been enjoying life as an assistant to Craig Hignett. He has also had two spells as caretaker manager.

But Collins hit the headlines for all the wrong reasons on Wednesday night after his disgruntled wife stole his phone and started to send messages to his many followers on his Twitter account.
She launched a spectacular tirade against her husband, accusing him of having an affair, calling him a "male slag" as well as describing his manhood as "very small".
The tweets, obviously, have since been deleted but some eagle-eyed users managed to get some screenshots before the disappeared from the Twitter universe.
And here it is:
Former footballer Leon Knight, no stranger to controversy, picked up on the messages and accused Clare Collins of deleting the tweets after a change of heart. She flatly denied doing so, instead confirming her involvement.
She then gave a short interview with The Sun, confirming she had tweeted the messages but refused to divulge any further information for the sake of her children.
She told The Sun: "I tweeted it. But I don’t want to say anything more for the sake of our children."
The man himself claims he is no longer seeing the woman in question and admitted his infidelities to Clare last night.
He said: “I came home yesterday to tell her everything. I was hoping it was something we would deal with between us. Claire has done what she has done with it. She’s put it on Twitter."
When asked if his affair was over, he said: "I have not even spoken to her since yesterday... but it will be."
Hartlepool have not yet commented on the situation.
