Gary Neville famously kissed Paul Scholes while celebrating his teammate’s winning goal against Manchester City back in 2010, but it turns he wasn’t the only Manchester United player to land a smacker on Scholes’ lips.

The other man never actually made a professional appearance for Manchester United; however, he was part of the Class of ’92 and you can’t get away from him when you turn on the TV.

We are, of course, talking about Robbie Savage. On Fletch & Sav this afternoon, the BT Sport pundit revealed he was made to kiss Scholes while dressed as Snow White. (Scroll down to watch the video).

“You told me this morning that you played Snow White in the academy Christmas party!” Darren Fletcher (not that one) said to Savage.

“We used to do the play at Christmas time,” Savage explained. “We did a play for Fergie and all the first team and I was Snow White in the play - and I had to kiss Scholsey.”

Poor old Scholsey

It will be interesting to hear Scholes’ reaction next time he’s working on BT Sport.

One imagines his response might be similar to the time he insulted Savage - under his breath - live on the Fletch & Sav show last year.

Scholes was in tremendous form last week, following United’s 2-0 defeat to rivals Liverpool in the Europa League at Anfield.
