WWE's WrestleMania 32 match card is looking very good, with one of the main events of the show being the Hell in a Cell match between Shane McMahon and The Undertaker.

This clash could change the face and the history of the WWE forever, as it has the added stipulation that if Shane-O-Mac wins, he will gain control of Monday Night Raw.

Both men have been training hard and send out clips on social media of them doing so, and what they have been able to do despite their age has been mightily impressive and surprising. However, a recent video of The Deadman training is definitely one that tops the lot.

Joe DeFranco of DeFranco's gym posted the video below of The Phenom training for The Showcase of The Immortals, performing a 500lb barbell rack pull, followed by jumping 40 inches onto a stack of boxes.

This is incredible for a wrestler who is 50 years old and is expected to retire from the WWE either at this year's WrestleMania event in his home state of Texas, or at next year's WrestleMania 33 show in Orlando.

Many fans criticised The Undertaker after this week's episode of Raw for his slow movement of trying to catch a 70-year-old Vince McMahon as he retreated and rolled out of the ring during their segment to close the show. This segment was also the first face-to-face meeting of The Phenom and his WrestleMania opponent Shane McMahon since their match was announced.

However, when he is able to pull off a 500lb barbell rack pull, followed by a 40-inch jump, it's obvious he is being a true showman and he is just saving his energy and his best moves for when he arrives for his Hell in a Cell match at The Showcase of The Immortals on April 3.

Alongside the fact Shane-O-Mac has been training in Muay Thai with Ajarn Phil Nurse and posting impressive videos as well of him doing high kicks, the WWE Universe already knows they're going to be in for a real treat when the cell lowers down on the ring and the bell rings for this match.

Both men are famous for their hardcore matches that are brutal on the body. Everyone knows The Undertaker is a legend when it comes to Hell in a Cell match, and we all remember when Shane McMahon jumped off the titantron. These men are no stranger to putting their bodies on the line during extreme matches.

It's going to be an excellent match, one that will surely live up to the expectation many WWE fans have of it around the world thanks to the efforts of Shane McMahon and The Undertaker during their training.
