Arsenal celebrity fan Piers Morgan has predicted that his beloved club could lose 8-0 to Barcelona this evening.

After seeing the Arsenal line-up, which includes the likes of Mathieu Flamini and 19-year-old Alex Iwobi, the television personality took to social media to make the outrageous claim.

The Gunners, of course, are hoping to overturn a 2-0 first leg deficit at the home of the current Champions League holders.

Barcelona, of course, are in remarkable form and start with the world-class trio of Lionel Messi, Neymar and Luis Suarez.

It's safe to say that no one is expecting the Gunners to produce what would be one of the most remarkable Champions League comebacks of all-time, but there probably aren't too many predicting an 8-0 scoreline in favour of the Catalans.

Well, an 8-0 victory for Barcelona most definitely wouldn't surprise Piers Morgan...

He tweeted: "Just seen the Arsenal team. We could lose 8-0 tonight."

Arsenal team:

Ospina, Bellerin, Koscielny, Gabriel, Monreal, Flamini, Elneny, Iwobi, Ozil, Alexis, Welbeck

Barcelona team:

Ter Stegen, Rakitic, Sergio, Alves, Iniesta, Suárez, Messi, Neymar Jr, Mascherano, Alba, Mathieu

Bara could run riot

8-0 is probably pushing it, but Arsenal fans will know only too well that the likes of Messi, Suarez and co. could run riot on home soil this evening.

Barcelona appear to be as formidable as ever - they are cruising to the La Liga title - while Arsenal are failing to find consistency under Arsene Wenger's regime. One thing is for sure, it's going to be a tough evening for all involved from north London.
