LeBron James has been putting in some impressive performances for the Cleveland Cavaliers since their disappointing loss to the Miami Heat last weekend.
Following that defeat at the American Airlines Arena, LeBron had a talk with Tyronn Lue and it made the four-time MVP realise he had to do more for the franchise if they are to lift the Larry O'Brien trophy this season.
Despite the shock defeat to the Brooklyn Nets on Thursday night, 'The King' produced another strong personal display as he ended with 30 points - shooting 81.3 percent - six assists and five rebounds.
Following the game at the Barclays Center, James said, as per ESPN: "I Just need to do more, and I have been able to do that, except for tonight, for the most part."
Asked to expand on that, he said: "It's everything."
Since the talk with the Cleveland head coach, LeBron has been averaging an impressive 29.7 points, 8.0 assists, 7.7 rebounds and 1.0 steals with 59.6 percent shooting.
However, his teammates have not been showing the same level of form. That was evident on Thursday as Kyrie Irving shot a woeful six of 22 from the field to finish with 13 points.
Kevin Love also had a disappointing night as he managed just 11 points in 33 minutes of action.
There is no doubt LeBron will turn it up in the playoffs, but he can't do it all on his own. He needs his teammates to help.
