Marcos Rojo has risked angering Louis van Gaal and the Manchester United supporters after he was filmed smoking outside a nightclub in Argentina.
The left-back, who featured in both of Argentina’s World Cup qualifiers against Chile and Bolivia during the current international break, takes a drag on what appears to be a cigarette in footage uploaded to the Farandula Show on YouTube.
Brought to our attention by the Daily Mail, Rojo can also be seen biting the dress of a blonde woman standing beside him.

Given that Rojo is married and has a young daughter - with a second child on the way - Van Gaal might not be the only person waiting back in Manchester to give the 26-year-old a dressing down.
Rojo’s relationship with Van Gaal has been turbulent, to put it mildly, since last summer.

Rojo has angered Van Gaal in the past
The United boss fined the South American for his failure to report to pre-season training on time after the Copa America due to a passport issue, while he was “infuriated” by the defender’s failure to reveal the true extent of a hamstring injury after the 3-2 win over Southampton back in September.
The hamstring injury kept Rojo out of action for the best part of a month. A few weeks later, in early December, the full-back dislocated his shoulder in training and didn’t return to action until late-February.
As a result, Rojo has only made 10 Premier League appearances for the Red Devils this season and speculation is rife that Manchester United will sell him this summer.
The one saving grace for Rojo is that Van Gaal could leave Old Trafford before him.
Jose Mourinho is unlikely to keep Rojo
However, it’s hard to imagine that Rojo will make many appearances at United next season if Jose Mourinho takes the reins at Old Trafford.
The Portuguese coach is an admirer of left-back Luke Shaw, who is set to return to action before the end of the season after breaking his leg against PSV Eindhoven in September, and is unlikely to deploy Rojo at centre-back - a position he hasn’t looked comfortable in.
Given Rojo’s apparent lack of professionalism during the international break, combined with his unconvincing performances, it’s hard to imagine that too many United fans will be disappointed if the Argentine is shown the door at the end of the season.
